Well you’ve taken the first step. You are here and you are thinking about getting your real estate license.

The real estate profession has expanded and offers one of the widest career selections in the business world today. Working in real estate allows for independence and choices of environment in which to work.

The rewards of a real estate career are a potential for high earnings, status in the community, helping people, the intellectual challenge and the satisfaction of your accomplishments.

Entry into the real estate field takes preparation and licensing is required. A 75 hour course must be completed. The purpose of the salesperson course is to prepare you for the state examination.

This course is also recommended for anyone desiring the basic knowledge of buying and selling real estate.
